Junior Rules

JUNIOR RULES

1. Juniors entering this section do not pay a membership fee.

2. Grades in school are as of June of the current year.

3. All exhibits must be tagged.

4. Only one entry is allowed per child in each class

5. Entry forms must be filled out in pen and given to the Society prior to the Fair. 6. Official entry forms are available from the Society. Full addresses and phone numbers are required.

7. All exhibits must be the work of the EXHIBITOR, NOTE TO PARENTS - Please allow your children   to prepare their own exhibits. Help with supervision only, keeping them safe, especially with oven   and carpentry.

8. Ribbons will be awarded for first, second, third, fourth, fifth and sixth places. It will be the Judges’   discretion where there are only one or two entries which prize they will receive.

Prize Money Unless Otherwise Stated: 1st=3.00, 2nd=2.50, 3rd=$2.00,  

 4th=$1.50, 5th=$1.00, 6th=$0.50

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

When making an entry, the Exhibitor shall indemnify and Hold Harmless the Emsdale Agricultural  Society, their members, agents and employees, from and against all claims, demands, losses, costs, damages, actions, suits or proceedings by any third parties that may arise out of, or may attribute to,  all operations performed by or carried out by the Exhibitor, his agents, employees, or servants, or  anyone for whose acts he/she/other may be held liable, howsoever caused.
